Working principle
The system detects the output (flow scale) of the products in the production line, outputs 4-20mA current signal, and transmits the signal to the central processor (control cabinet) at any time. The central processor calculates the control speed according to the added proportion set by the user, and then transmits the 0-5V voltage control signal to the feeder. After the feeder calculates the voltage signal, the output speed is adjusted (feed volume adjustment) 。 At the same time, the feeder also outputs the speed feedback signal to the central processor. When the motor speed is out of tolerance and there is a fault, it can realize the automatic alarm.
