Working principle
During operation, the metering system continuously weighs the feeder. After the material is delivered, the real weight loss rate is measured and compared with the required weight loss rate (set value). The weight loss feeder automatically corrects the deviation from the set point by adjusting the feeder speed. Thus, the material can be fed continuously and accurately.
